We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €150 — below that, a flat €18 shipping fee applies. Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days within the European Union, 7–10 days to the United States, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and 10–14 days to our broader 38-country worldwide network.

For US, UK and Swiss orders we include all duties and import VAT at checkout, so there are no surprise customs charges when your piece arrives. Every fixture is hand-packed in white-glove, ply-formed crates from our Hamburg atelier — cotton wool, never plastic foam — and shipped fully insured with end-to-end tracking.

If a piece doesn’t belong, we offer a 60-day considered return. No questions, no restocking fee. We arrange free pickup from your home. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the piece.
