Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity (Sect. 13 of the German Civil Code).
§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with [Company name / Owner], [Address]. The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy” button you place a binding order. Confirmation of receipt of your order together with acceptance of the order is provided immediately after submission by automated email.
§ 3 Contract language, storage of the contract text
The language available for concluding the contract is English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&Cs by email.
§ 4 Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the product prices stated. Details on shipping can be found on our Shipping & Returns page. Self-collection is unfortunately not possible for logistical reasons.
§ 5 Payment
The payment methods listed on the Payment Methods page are generally available in our store.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 7 Transport damage
For consumers: should goods be delivered with obvious transport damage, please notify the carrier as soon as possible and contact us promptly. Failure to do so does not affect your statutory claims but helps us assert our own claims against the carrier.
§ 8 Warranty and guarantees
Statutory warranty law applies. Information on additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found on the product page and the information pages in our online store.
§ 9 Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
