Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
