Every Solva fixture is hand-finished and packed by the same atelier team that made it. We ship in custom, ply-formed crates lined with cotton wool — not foam, never plastic.

European Union

Complimentary shipping within 6–9 business days on orders over €150. Below that, a flat €4.95 shipping fee applies.

United States

7–10 business days. Free over €150. All duties and import VAT are included in the price you see at checkout — no surprises at the door.

Worldwide

We ship to every country. Standard rate €4.95, free over €150. Trackable and fully insured.

Returns

60-day considered return

Live with it. If it doesn’t belong, we collect it from your home — on us. No questions, no restocking fee. Send a single email to solva.decor@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll arrange pickup within five business days.

Condition

Fixtures should be in their original condition with all packaging. Hand-spun fixtures may carry the faint marks of the maker — these are not defects but signatures, and remain when you return the piece.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the piece.
